Our company specializes in production of series of photosensitive materials of o-diazo-naphthoquinone compouds, including Diazo-2,1,4-chloride(CAS36451-09-9),Diazo-2,1,5-chloride(CAS3770-97-6),Diazo-2,1,5-sulfonic acid sodium salt (CAS 2657-00-3) which can be used to produce the photoresist for printed circuit, integrated circuit, LCD and the sensitizer for positive PS plates since 1998.Depending on superior quality ,these products are not only marketed well in the whole country but also be exported to Europe and Japan.
